CUSTOM FORMULTIONS

Our R&D team will work with you to create custom formulas that meet your criteria and specifications while maintaining absolute confidentiality. We can manufacture your existing formula or assist in developing new innovative formulas specifically for your marketing activities.

PILOT AND SMALL TEST MARKET RUNS

We offer pilot runs for new large production orders to ensure complete accuracy and satisfaction. Small runs on capsules are available to existing customers for new product testing.

LOCAL CERTIFICATION APPLICATION AND EXPORT DOCUMENT SERVICE

HVCM will provide you with the documentations needed to export products to various countries across the globe. To assist our local customers and exporters, we can provide any of the following:

• Halal certification
• Certificate of Free Sale
• Certificate of Analysis
• Specification Sheet
• Product Ingredient Statements

LAB TESTS

We can assist in Certificate of Analysis / other lab tests required in Malaysia, Singapore, United Kingdom, USA, Australia and other laboratories as required by our customers.

BULK RUN

Bulk runs of capsules or softgels are available for your in-house packaging as cost effective manufacturing alternative to the full service manufacturing and packaging.
